Innertuning® Training Program

August 25-31

It is a  wonderful fact  that human beings  function in THREE  fields -- the material body is just one.

The other two are in non-material fields: a subtle field or body which enriches us with feelings and a causal field or body which is the source of our imagination and thoughts. Often our thoughts, feelings and actions move in different directions. This is due to the lack of integration of our three bodies.  As we learn to direct our attention inward, we discover that we have the ability to draw these bodies together and gain greater control over all three. The Chakra Institute offers intense three and five day purifications of all three bodies as a first step in this process.

Chakras and Psychology

Chakras are invisible spinning wheels of light in the subtle body. Seven major chakras offer pure energy along the spinal column. Each chakra has its own mind and goals. First chakra—stability; second chakra—interpersonal exchanges; third chakra—assertion and accomplishment; fourth chakra—unconditional love; fifth chakra—unique creativity; sixth chakra—intuition and meditation; seventh chakra—contentment and transcendence. Each chakra has 21 microchakras.  Open microchakras carry rays from the chakra to the spine—which is enhanced by the subtle breathing skills of Swar yoga.
