Director of Psycho-Spiritual Education

Dale is a psychologist, school psychologist, and psychotherapist. He has over 40-years of experience working with children and adults. In addition to his training in the Western sciences, at age 25 he began his studies of Indian philosophy, yoga practices, and the Chakra-Microchakra system under the tutelage of Sri Bhatnagar.

Dale’s professional path has been to integrate outer Western science with the inner sciences found in the Asian disciplines. He has found that the Chakra-Microchakra system is the perfect framework for such an integration. It is this integration that has served as the primary method for his psychotherapy practice. Dale has developed many novel therapeutic methods and techniques based on this integration in his work with clients. He views his approach as psychospiritual in that mind-body wellness is a necessary foundation for spiritual development.

Dale is author of Mindfulness-Based Counseling for Self-Regulation and is currently Director of the Center for Stress Control, a mental health clinic with offices in New Jersey. He is an adjunct instructor at Rider University and serves on the Executive Board for the New Jersey Association of School Psychologists. He is Chair of their Professional Development Committee where he coordinates mental health trainings for schools with the NJ Department of Education and local universities.
