MANTRA MEANING

Adhyakshaya is one of the thousand names of Ganesha. In this aspect he presides over the earth element. This element predominates in the first chakra and the first microchakras of all seven major chakras. When this element is pure, it contributes to feelings of groundedness, security and presence. It regulates eating, sleeping and initiative.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

While sitting quietly after the mantra, visualize a golden thread running through the spinal cord from the middle of the brain to the coccyx. The direction of energy flow is spiraling downward toward the earth.

Listening to both Adhyakshaya AM and Adhyakshaya PM on the same day will be maximally effective. If this is not possible, listening to the recordings on alternate days is advised, if possible.
