Aom Namah Shivaya (for Stillness) ::sacred sound offerings for InnerTuning® of the Chakras::

We can experience two principles in life. The first is the principle of dynamic energy. It feeds our ambitions and accomplishments.
Once content with these goals, the second principle starts to make demands. It is the static principle and its goal is peace and transcendence. Sitting quietly with eyes closed, we turn our senses inward. We then travel in an inner universe. Fortunate people, with proper guidance, discover the "SELF" we truly are.

Accompanied by tambura, Shyamji chants this mantra to help the listener experience pratyahara (turning the senses inward), the fifth stage of Ashtanga Yoga. He chants this mantra with a melody that is so deeply penetrating that the famous classical singer Pran Nath said: "Shyamji's mantra brings GOD into the listener's heart."

At completions of mantra, sit silent and absorb the soorya akaasha in your 7th chakra. (Soorya akaasha is a rare delicate effect of voice when chanted with Naada Yoga principles.)

InnerTuning® sounds are subtle yet powerful. Adhering to prerequisites ensures best results.

-Have a bowel movement as early as possible (best before dawn) and follow with a shower.
-Wearing clean clothing, sit facing east.
-Play the mantra at a low volume.
-Listen to the mantra for forty consecutive days. After forty days of learning the mantra, chant along.
-While chanting, breathe through the nose only. This will supply the purest prana to the mantra and will enahnce its effectiveness.
-After the recording finishes, continue sitting quietly for a few minutes.

These sounds are to internalize the senses and should not be played for entertainment.

*If these prerequisites cannot be met initially, listen to this mantra when your stomach is empty. Keep your eyes open and fixed downward at a single point.

-Breathe through the nose for tuning into the 5th, 6th and 7th chakra energies.
-Allow space between mantras for soorya aakaasha to be absorbed by the 7th chakra.
-Chant along to benefit the 3rd microchakras in the 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th chakras.
